Who can redeem Zeetos?

Zeetos program is for kids and thus can be redeemed by kids of age 6-14 years and adults with younger kids at home who can't redeem for themselves

What will be the last date to redeem Zeetos points for toys?

The last date to redeem zeetos points for toys is 31st October 2022

What is the update on Zeetos Programme?

Zeetos programme is being discontinued going forward for toys delivery. However, Tata Play Smart Games subscribers can continue to earn and use Zeetos points to unlock new levels and for game upgrades. The last date to redeem zeetos points for toys is 31st October 2022.

What happens if zeetos points are redeemed for toys till 31st Oct'22?

Toys will be delivered to subscriber’s door step.

What happens if some or all zeetos points are missed to be redeemed post 31st Oct’22?

The Zeetos points can be redeemed on Tata Play Smart Games to unlock new levels and for game upgrades.

What happens to Zeetos points in case of box swap post 31st Oct’22?

Zeetos points will be credited back to subscriber’s account who are subscribed to Tata Play Smart Games service for at least 3 months. Those Zeetos points can be used for game upgrades and to unlock levels on Tata Play Smart Games service only.

What if toy isn’t delivered or damaged toy is delivered or there is technical issues w.r.t to zeetos redemption?

Resolution to complains received till 31st Oct’22 will be given only. Post 31st Oct’22, requests for no complaints will be taken.
