Apple Music Promotional Offer: A Subscriber may subscribe to Apple Music Service, subject to the Subscriber (a) redeeming a promotional code for activation of Apple Music subscription within 12 (twelve) months (the “Apple Music Promotional Period”), and (b) by agreeing to the eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions set out hereinbelow:

  1. Apple Music Promotion Offer is valid for new and qualified returning subscribers only as may be determined by Apple Distribution International Limited (“Apple”) at its sole discretion. Company shall not be responsible and/or liable for determining the eligibility of Subscribers to avail Apple Music Promotion Offer.
  2. Under the Apple Music Promotion Offer, on the redemption of promotional code,New Apple Music subscribers will avail up to 4 months free trial Apple Music subscription and qualifying returning customers, as may be determined by Apple, can avail up to 3 months free trial Apple Music subscription(“Free Trial Period”). Apple reserves sole discretion to withdraw/revoke/revise/edit the Apple Music Promotion Offer including the free trial duration.
  3. To avail the Apple Music Promotion Offer, the Subscriber will need an Apple ID and will have to provide the payment method. Apple Music renews for 119 INR/month or then-current standard rate determined by Apple after the Free Trial Period until cancelled. Payment will be automatically billed to payment method on file and can be cancelled anytime at least a day before each renewal date in your service account settings.
  4. To avail the Apple Music Promotion Offer, the Subscriber shall have minimum age criteria and agrees to the applicable Terms and conditions of Apple and Apple Privacy Policy applicable for territory of India at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ww/
  5. One promo code can be redeemed per single Apple ID for duration of Apple Music Promotional Period.
  6. The said promotional code is valid only for the Apple Music Promotional Period and for the Territory of India. The said promotional code is not for resale, has no cash value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  7. Compatible products and services are required to avail Apple Music Service.
  8. The promotional code cannot be combined with other Apple TV+ offers provided by Apple providing access to the same service.
  9. The Company will not charge Subscriber for the promo code for Apple Music Promotion Offer.
  10. The Subscriber agrees and expressly consents for any and/or all exchange of any personal data of the Subscriber between Apple and Company for the purpose of this Apple Music Promotion Offer and for enhancing Subscriber usage experience of Company’s services.
  11. Apple has the right to deactivate or restrict access to Codes and/or to close Customer accounts at any time
  12. Company is not liable and/or responsible for the issues with the redemption of promotional code of Apple Music and/or for issues pertaining to Apple Music service. The Subscriber discharges Company of any and/or all claims and/or liabilities and/or costs with regard to the Apple Music Promotion Offer and Apple Music Services.
  13. Any and/or all disputes pertaining to the Apple Music Promotion Offer and Apple Music Services will be routed only through Apple as per their dispute resolution mechanism with no recourse and/or involvement of the Company.
