Active Tata Play subscribers are eligible for a complimentary 4-month Spotify Premium Standard subscription. This offer is available only to eligible first-time Spotify Premium users. Users who have previously subscribed to any Spotify Premium plan, directly through Spotify or through any third-party partner, are not eligible.

Under the Spotify Promotional Offer, on redemption of the promotional code, eligible Subscribers can avail up to 4 (four) months free trial of Spotify Premium Service ("Free Trial Period"). Spotify reserves the sole discretion to withdraw, revoke, revise, edit, or modify the Spotify Promotional Offer, including the free trial duration, at any time.

To avail the offer, customers must activate the subscription through the designated Tata Play offer journey and complete the required Spotify account sign-up/login process. After the 4-month promotional period ends, the Spotify Premium Standard subscription will automatically renew at the prevailing Spotify subscription price (currently ₹139/month) unless cancelled by the customer before the end of the promotional period.

The Spotify subscription and subsequent billing will be governed by Spotify's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. This offer is limited to one redemption per eligible customer and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, combined with any other Spotify promotional offer, or partially redeemed. Tata Play and Spotify reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
