- What is 'Tata Play Flexi Annual Plan'?
Tata Play Flexi Annual Plan is the long duration plan for Tata Play subscribers. Subscriber recharges with an amount equal to or more than 12 times of his monthly recharge value/Monthly Burn Rate, and subscriber gets a bonus of 1-month recharge value absolutely free in his/her Tata Play account.
- What is the benefit that subscriber gets under Tata Play Flexi Annual plan ?
Subscriber will get a bonus amount of 1 month's MBR in his account (as per the monthly charges on the day of recharge), flexibility to modify his current pack whenever he/she wants, ability to pause your account using Temporary Suspension feature free of cost and the peace of mind of not having to recharge the Tata Play account every month.
In addition to this, subscriber can also take advantage of prevailing digital wallet offers (if any) and discount coupons available on the website against recharge done through Tataplay.com, mytataplay.com and through Tata Play mobile app.
- How can I refer my friend to TataPlay?
Referring your friend to Tata Play is easy! You’ll get Rs. 200 in your Tata Play account for every successful activation done by your referred friend.
Just visit Tata Play website or Tata Play Mobile App and do the below:
- Fill in your Name, Registered Mobile Number and Email and submit it in the section marked ‘1’.
- Click ‘Refer’ after choosing the Subscriber ID mapped to your Registered Mobile Number.
- Refer your friend by:
- Using email (Gmail, Yahoo), LinkedIn, Facebook (post / messenger), Twitter, WhatsApp or sharing the referral link
- Manually entering your friend’s details – name, mobile, email. Your friend will be notified via SMS and email.
- How do I know that my referral has been considered?
While entering your friends details, you will get a message that will indicate if your friend has been previously referred, if they are an existing Tata Play subscriber, or if your referral was successfully submitted.
If successfully submitted, we will intimate referred friend through Email and SMS – please ensure you’ve entered correct details for every referral.
Please note that only non-subscribers of Tata Play and only those who are being referred for the first time will be considered. Read our Terms & Conditions.
- How many friends can I refer?
You can refer as many friends as you wish but through manual referring method you can enter a maximum of 100 invitees details. Benefit will be given for the first three successful activations from among the friends you have referred.
However, Tata Play may revise the capping at any point. So, check out this page for update. - What is the benefit I get on referring Tata Play?
For each successful activation from the among the friends you have referred, you will receive a benefit of Rs. 200 in your Tata Play account. Benefit of Rs 200 will be given for each of the first three successful activations from among the friends you have referred.

For each successful activation from the among the friends you have referred, you will receive a benefit of Rs. 200 in your Tata Play account.
Once the credit is done, you will receive an intimation Email and SMS intimation. Credit can also be viewed in your account balance.
