Your Tata Play details such as Subscriber ID, account balance, monthly recharge amount, next recharge date, package details and recharge options can be found:

1. By giving a missed call on 8880488804 and getting all the details via SMS
    
2. By logging into Tata play Website:
   • Enter your registered mobile number
   • Your details will be displayed on the main screen
   • In ‘View List’, you will get all the information related to your package like your monthly recharge amount, account balance and list of all channels in your pack
      
3. By Sending an SMS :
   • Type BD in the message from your registered mobile number
   • Send it to 56633

• On your Tata Play remote, press the ‘Organiser’ or ‘Settings’ button.​
• Next, select ‘User Settings’ and then ‘Language Settings’.​
• Select ‘Language Select'. You can select the preferred language of your choice and use Tata Play in that language.​

Monitor the contents your child consumes with the help of the Tata Play Channel Lock feature. To lock a channel, press organizer and navigate to parent control. By default “0000”pin is set. You can lock upto 20 channels at a time.

1. Using the remote:
   • Press the yellow button on your Tata Play remote
   • The 10-digit number on the right corner of your screen is your Subscriber ID
      
2. Give a missed call
   • Give a missed call on 8880488804 from your registered mobile number
   • You will receive the details by SMS
      
3. Log in to your account:
   • Log on to Tata Play Website  
   • Enter your registered mobile number
   • Your subscriber ID or account number, account balance and due date online will be displayed on the main screen
      
4. Check your welcome letter or bill:
   Your subscriber ID is usually listed on your welcome letter or monthly bill
    
5. Text message:
   Text "SUB" to 56677 from your registered mobile number
