BHIM UPI Recharge Offer

  1. PREAMBLE.
    1. Tata Play Limited (‘Tata Play’) is running a marketing offer in association with BHIM UPI (“BHIM”). The offer is to receive flat Rs.20 on minimum recharge of Rs.200 on Tata Play mobile Application (‘TPMA’).
    2. BHIM will give the instant cashback of Rs.20 directly into the Eligible Subscribers’ (as defined later) linked accounts post the completion of successful transaction.
    3. Tata Play Service shall mean to include all the channels and platform services offered by Tata Play on the direct to home platform of Tata Play.
  2. Eligible Subscribers. Eligible Subscribers shall mean the following:
    1. Any subscriber who has Tata Play services on the direct to home platform of Tata Play and recharges their Tata Play account using BHIM app via Tata Play Mobile app and Tata Play Website.
  3. OFFER
    1. This Offer can be availed by the Eligible Subscribers from August 7, 2025 from to August 31, 2025 (Duration Period).
    2. The offer is valid for Eligible Subscribers recharging via TPMA or Website of Tata Play and paying for subscription using BHIM UPI for payment (Android & iOS).
    3. This Offer shall continue until the same is withdrawn or modified by Tata Play in its sole discretion.
    4. BHIM reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify, change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the offer at its sole discretion and the same shall be always binding on the Eligible Customers. Any grievances in this regard shall be made by the Eligible Subscribers directly to BHIM. Furthermore, any dispute in connection with the same shall be settled between the Eligible Subscribers and BHIM without involving Tata Play
  4. GENERAL TERMS
    1. In addition to the terms and conditions stated here, the Eligible Subscribers shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Hardware Warranty Terms And Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions of Tata Play, Subscription Contract and/or Specific Terms and Conditions of Tata Play Subscription Contract for Tata Play Hardware provided on Entrustment basis and/or Everywhere TV Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions , found on Tata Play's website - www.tataPlay.com. The documents referred here along with the present Terms and Conditions shall be referred herein as ‘Subscription Contract’ for the Eligible Subscriber.
    2. This Offer is valid only upto the Duration Period and after the completion of the Duration Period, no Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled for the Offer.
    3. Tata Play shall not be responsible in case of any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear network, disruption in the network and/or the charges that may be payable by the Eligible Subscriber. Any dispute in connection with the same should be settled between the Eligible Subscribers and BHIM without involving Tata Play.
    4. Tata Play reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever, to add or vary all or any of the terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer or to withdraw it completely.
    5. By availing this Offer and subscribing to the Tata Play Services, it shall be deemed to be construed that the Eligible Subscriber has read and consented to the terms and conditions stated herein and in the Subscription Contract.
    6. The Eligible Subscribers and/or any person through the Eligible Subscribers waives any and all right that such an individual may have to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and agrees to releases, indemnifies and hold harmless Tata Play and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, partners, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from the Eligible Subscribers availing this Offer.
    7. Tata Play shall not be responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotional materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Play website or process any transaction thereon.
    8. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Subscription Contract.
    9. In the event of any inconsistency between the Subscription Contract and these Terms and Conditions, in so far as this Offer is concerned, the latter shall prevail.
    10. Headings used herein are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Offer Document.
    11. The Offer shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate on any disputes arising from the Offer.
