  • How can I upgrade my current set top box?

    You can upgrade your current set top box by either getting in touch with the Tata Play Helpline or by visiting your nearest Tata Play Authorized Partner. Please mention your subscriber ID while asking for an upgrade & check for offers at the time.

  • How do I order a new Tata Play remote?

    You can place an order for a new remote by calling Tata Play help line No.1800 208 6633, 1860 120 6633 & 1860 500 6633. The cost of remote for SD, HD and 4K boxes is INR 200 and for PVR, HD PVR boxes and +HD is INR 375.

  • Can I view 4K features on any television?

    No. 4K viewing can be experienced only on 4K televisions.
