Know your referral benefit in multiple ways:
Confirmation Message: Once the referral bonus is credited to your account, Tata Play will send you a confirmation SMS and/or email detailing the discount amount.
Reduced Recharge Amount: The discounted amount, reflecting the referral bonus, will be displayed during your next recharge. You’ll pay less than usual. Verify this by checking your recharge confirmation message or account balance.
Activation Notification: Once your friend’s Tata Play connection is activated, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirming the Rs. 200 credit to your Tata Play account. You can also view this credit in your account balance.
The friend gets the special offer only on purchasing from the referral link shared by his friend or purchases through our call center.
It may be possible that your friend has already been referred by someone else before you. That is why you get this message. This program will consider only those people who are being referred for the first time.
Tata Play may reach out to your friend if you have manually entered their mobile number to remind them of this exciting offer. We will connect on Email and SMS on being successfully referred. While entering your friend's details, you will receive a message indicating whether your friend has been previously referred, whether they are an existing Tata Play subscriber, or whether your referral was successfully submitted.
If successfully submitted, you'll receive a confirmation SMS and email. Please ensure you’ve entered the correct details for every referral.
