Your device comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
Tata Play will repair/replace the damaged device/individual component when our technician visits your premises.
Please call Tata Play Customer Care to book a request for replacement/repair.
If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, replacement/repair will be free of cost.
If a component is found damaged outside the service commitment period, subscriber will bear charges for material replacement/repair + extra charges for technician visit.
In damages arising out of water damage, physical damage, device lost, damage to device due to abuse/misuse, handling, storage, etc. (irrespective of warranty period), subscriber will bear the cost for individual component damage.
