No. You can’t buy/place an order for a new Camera till your previous orders are closed.
Your Camera will be installed by our technician once we receive your order. All you need to do is schedule an installation appointment after placing the order. Our technician will visit you as per the appointment and complete the installation.
While purchasing the Camera, you need to purchase a monthly subscription too. After the first month, you can continue to use the Camera even without subscription. However, to access smart features like Intelligent Alerts, Familiar Face Recognition, extended Event Video history and call centre support, you will need an active Tata Play Secure+ Service.
