However, to get the best experience, it’s advised that you keep your Camera connected to the broadband internet to access live stream and receive event notifications. When your Camera is offline, you will not be able to connect to the Camera via app, access live stream or get alerts regarding sound/motion detection.

Yes. The Camera always requires to be connected to a power source.

If you delete/remove a camera in the app, the associated events will remain available in the cloud for the standard 7-day duration.

No, the Camera is not designed for outdoor usage. It can only be used indoors.

Here’s what you will need to do:

  • If you have unplugged your Camera, then plug it in again in the same WiFi environment. It will automatically reconnect to the WiFi network. This may require a few minutes.

  • If your Camera doesn’t connect to the WiFi network automatically, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the app and tap the plus sign icon at the top left.

    2. Select ‘Add Device’.

    3. Select the device you want to add.

    4. Follow the steps in the app to set up Camera again.

  • Please call our customer care if you face any trouble with the set-up.

  • As long as the Camera is added in the app – logged into the same account – you will still be able to view and access the Event Videos stored on the cloud.
